Fencl Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Basic Principle

The Fencl loyalty program is based on rewarding customers for their purchases. Every 100th paid order receives a voucher equal to the value of that order, excluding shipping costs.

2. Participating Online Stores

The program includes orders from the following online stores:

• www.kescher-fencl.de
• www.fenclfishing.com
• www.fencl-fishing-nets.co.uk

Orders are counted collectively across all listed e-shops.

3. Determining the Winning Order

• Only paid orders are included.
• Each order receives a sequential number in the system.
• Every 100th paid order (e.g. 100th, 200th, 300th, etc.) is a winning order.
• The winner is determined automatically by the system.
• An order is considered paid once the payment is received or confirmed by the payment gateway.

4. Reward – Voucher

The winner receives a voucher equal to the order value excluding shipping costs.

• The voucher is sent to the email address provided in the order.
• The voucher can be used for purchases on Fencl online stores.

5. Voucher Terms of Use

• The voucher can be used only once.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Partial redemption is not possible.
• Any unused amount will not be refunded.
• The voucher cannot be converted into money or any financial compensation.

6. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the order, especially the email address. Fencl is not responsible for non-delivery of the voucher due to incorrect details.

7. General Provisions

• Participation in the program is automatic upon placing an order.
• The program is not a lottery or gambling activity under applicable law.
• Fencl Fishing s.r.o. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program.
• The current version of the terms is always published on the website.
