Exchange and claims

Should you have a complaint about one of our products, we will send a collection service for the goods.
Should you wish to return or exchange one of our products, then please send the package to us by GLS
to Fencl rybárské potreby s.r.o.,
nám. ČSA 68333 01 Stod, Czech Republic. We cannot accept any package
that is sent on the basis of cash on delivery. Please send all packages by
registered post so that you have proof that you sent it.

Products you wish to return or exchange must be sent within 14 days of delivery to your home. Payment of postage according to agreement.

Goods damaged in transit

If the goods, upon deliver to your home, have been visibly damaged during transport, we recommend
rejecting the package. If you discover damage to the goods due to
transport at a later time, you must contact us within 24 hours of discovering the damage so that we can file
a claim with the carrier.
